The support that Hyde13 has shown us in the last month has been outstanding. First he posted about initial press release here. Then he sniffed out the news that we were about to release and posted about it here, with multiple updates. Not long after we released, he featured us in a piece about how some non-Xbox Live enabled WP7 titles were better than some that are Xbox Live enabled (read: ours is!). And finally he posted the wonderful review linked at the top of this post.

Its true, some indie games are way better than Xbox live titles…which is so sad…square off is in my opinion the best game for WP7 that there is!!! Do you guys have any plans for updates? New guns, maps aliens maybe? Physics based additions to maps, booby traps…i can dream right?:) All kidding aside, thank you for delivering us such a fantastic game!! And some updates would be very apperciated!
The feedback is much appreciated Ludwig. We’re currently in the process of submitting an update right now, but don’t get your hopes too high as this is just a bug fix and minor controls tweak release. I’ll post about it shortly.
While we do plan to support the game with updates, most of the features you mention there we’d probably be saving for a sequel. The most notable feature we’re adding soon is online leaderboards, so keep practicing your alien blasting 😉
I will certainly keep practicing my alien blasting!!! So far I have never gotten more than round 15:(

Was wondering if you guys will ever be releasing on Android Market. I don’t have a WM7 phone ;(
At the moment we have no plans to release Square Off on Android, but we will definitely consider it for a possible sequel.
